Recently, a few members have come to me with complaints of not being able to log in. When they tried logging in, it basically refreshed the page. To clear up any confusion in the future, in case this happens anybody else, here's what to do: clear your cache.

If you don't know how to clear your cache, it's pretty easy. I'm not sure about Internet Explorer or Opera, but in Mozilla Firefox, you just go to Tools > Clear Private Data, and then un-check everything but "Cache". Then click the "Clear Private Data Now" button, and you're all set.

Could someone more IE-savvy explain how to do it?

For IE 7:
Tools, Delete Browsing History, Delete Temporary Internet Files

Hey thanks you guys - we are having a similar problem at work here - tons of calls about not being able to log on our mutual fund website, and we were told to tell clients to empty their cache, but no one knew how. This came just in time!! So now I have a greaaat excuse to be on Danny P Forums at work - never know what it might fix here - weirdly ironic somehow..
